Refund & Cancellation Policy

Veda Minds Pvt. Ltd. is committed to ensuring a fair and transparent experience for all clients, students, and customers. Please read this policy carefully before making any purchase or enrollment.
1. Consultation Services
Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a scheduled consultation may be eligible for a full refund or free rescheduling. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund. If Veda Minds cancels or needs to reschedule a session, you will be offered a full refund or an alternative appointment at no additional cost.
2. Course & Program Enrollment
Cancellation requests received within 7 days of enrollment and before the course commences will be considered for a full refund, minus any administrative processing charges. Cancellation requests after the course has commenced are not eligible for a refund. In exceptional circumstances (medical emergency, bereavement), requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Decisions of Veda Minds Pvt. Ltd. in such cases are final.
3. Natural Supplements & Products (EN Health)
Products may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they arrive damaged, defective, or significantly different from their description. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
4. Franchise & Partnership Fees
Fees related to franchise agreements or institutional partnerships are governed by the specific terms of the signed agreement. Please refer to your agreement for applicable refund and cancellation terms.
